Welcome to ADB Casas Adobes Pool Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services We Provide

We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Casas Adobes and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, equipment repairs, green pool treatment, filter maintenance, and more. We will perform services as described in your service agreement.

Scheduling and Appointments

We will work with you to schedule services at your convenience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Emergency services may have different scheduling requirements.

Access to Your Property

You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times. If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates or safety concerns, we may need to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Late payments may result in service interruption. If equipment or chemicals are needed beyond routine service, we will discuss costs with you before proceeding.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. However, we cannot guarantee results if you do not follow our maintenance recommendations or if there are underlying equipment issues.

Liability

We carry insurance to protect both you and our business. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. We will take reasonable care when working on your property.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, securing pets during service visits, and informing us of any pool equipment changes or issues. You should also follow any care instructions we provide between service visits.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. You may be responsible for payment through the end of your current service period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

If there is a problem, let us know right away. We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Most concerns can be handled with a simple conversation.
